Ducat Ghaziabad's Objective
The aim of this blog is to help those people who are confused to choose the right technology which helps them to get the job, grow & survive in industry or company. Here we will discuss about the technology and how to get the job. We will give the right information to all of them who need to help to choose the right technology which will give them a good career opportunity in good company..
In India every year around 1.5 millions students get engineering degree. 97% student want job either in software or core engineering. But only 3% candidates have suitable skill to get job in software industry and & 7% can handle core engineering task. Remaining 87% student are not avail to get the job in right palace so for livelihood they will join the sales or any other job. The major cause for that is the Indian education system. From 2006 onwards the number of colleges was increased like a wild mushroom in spite of syllabus was not change according to the market demand. Colleges focus to increase the student strength & complete the syllabus but no one focus on practical & research work, focus of the students is collecting a degree. But the company needs a quality not degree only. There is major deference between college environment and company environment. College focus on theory & company want a practical. If students want a good job according to their degree so they must be updated by the latest technologies.
